Also in the bar, disband a female member of your party and enter the ladies' room, use Confidence or Charisma skills on the women inside to get info about Felicia. Go to Scott's Bar to deliver the Visa card to Headcrusher to unlock " Credit Approved". Install the Engine to fix the water pump and unlock " Go With The Flow". Win at the slot machine in the last rail car to unlock " Winner Winner Chicken Dinner". Get the Visa card from Brakeman in the first rail car. Agree to help the farmers and kill Harry to unlock " Wascal Whomp". Kill him to unlock " High and Dry" then reload your save. Walk into the river to spawn the mutant kids, kill them all including the Chubby Kid to spawn Red Ryder. Head into the secret cave, climb the rock, and kill Rex to unlock " Not an Animal Lover" then climb another rock and recruit Jackie. Talk to Bobby and type in "cave" and "rex" and "jackie". 
If you choose Combat Shooting you will unlock " It Finally Does Something" (it's a useless skill though, so maybe just do it on a separate save).Create a custom character to unlock " There's a New Sheriff in Town" (be sure to select the Climb skill for someone).Please reference this walkthrough for the actual story events if you are stuck at any point. Although, I do always tend to put in more info than I originally intend to.
